Excellent work to lay a new patio and replace a pathway.

We had a really positive experience with Jon and his team at HP construction. It was a tricky project due to access and the site. From the onset, Jon had a real can do attitude and positive approach and was very helpful talking through options and time frames. He deserved the job above other quotes. His team worked well and completed the project to a very good standard - we are really happy with our patio. They also made sure that the clean up was completed and came back to address any snags promptly. They have been reliable, helpful and responsive to the needs of the project and I would recommend them for other landscaping work. Raakhee and Pablo

First-class job from start to finish We honestly couldn’t be happier with our new patio. A fantastic job by a small company that clearly takes real pride in its work. The attention to detail throughout was exceptional. The old patio and existing base were completely dug out rather than simply being covered over, and a new, solid base was properly prepared before the new paving was laid. Everything was done to a very high standard, with great care taken over the levels, cuts, joints and overall finish. The existing drain covers were also completely redone and realigned so that they now sit neatly within the new patio rather than looking like an afterthought — just one example of the extra care that went into the job. Nothing was rushed or bodged, and it was obvious throughout that getting the job right mattered. The finished patio looks superb and has completely transformed the area. It’s refreshing to find a small company that combines excellent workmanship with genuine pride in what they do. We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking for quality landscaping or patio work. A genuine five-star job and thoroughly deserved.

Jamie called in last minute (as let down by big company). Efficient timely and capable - excellent work and reassuringly friendly. Attention to detail, great finish and nothing too much trouble. Will definitely use again. Thanks.

We couldn’t be happier with the work done on our garden. From the very beginning, they were clear, concise and professional, keeping us informed every step of the way. They gave us some great ideas that worked within our budget, and their workmanship was excellent. They worked cleanly, were always on time, and made sure we knew what was being done each day, which made the whole process really easy and stress-free. They were absolutely great from start to finish, and we now have a garden space that we genuinely love and enjoy. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, professional and friendly garden work.

An extremely professional, hard-working and friendly company. I had apprehensions around investing so much money in a company that I knew nothing about. On completion of the project I had no reservations about recommending HP to anyone in the future. They will work with you in finding the most cost effective solution and deliver on everything that they promise to. Thank you Jon and Jay, my garden is my absolute pride and joy!
